With over 35 years of experience, Kaan Böke is one of Turkey’s leading experts in human resources and corporate transformation. He began his career as a Human Resources Specialist at Beko Elektronik A.Ş. and has since held senior management roles in numerous domestic and international companies.

Throughout his career, Böke has worked with prominent Turkish institutions and global companies such as Koç Group companies, Turkcell Group companies, Coca-Cola İçecek A.Ş., ERGO Group Holding, ERDEMİR TAŞ., Unifree, Zülfikârlar Holding, Yıldızlar Yatırım Holding, and Balparmak. His core expertise includes human resources management, organizational development, leadership development, and corporate transformation.

Having gained extensive experience particularly in manufacturing environments, he possesses strong knowledge of operational excellence, field workforce management, and industrial relations. He has actively managed union relations and collective bargaining processes, taking a key role in employer–union negotiations to develop sustainable, long-term solutions.

Böke graduated from Gazi University’s Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. He holds a master’s degree in Management and Organization from Istanbul University and an Executive MBA from Bilgi University. He also completed a degree in Justice, integrating legal knowledge into his professional background.
